Fabienne Pellegrin is the Ecommerce and digital practice leader for Actavia, focused on partnership set-up, operations set-up and optimization in the Chinese market.
Her work centers on supporting brands in developing their online footprint in China. Creating a digital ecosystem which follows the customer’s digital journey from brand discovery to purchase. Her role starts with the online strategy and follows through to the operational set-up and internal organizational structure to optimize implementation. She has worked directly with all the major online players in China such as Tmall, JD, Secoo, Xiu, Meici, Red, Weibo, Wechat etc…
